I’ve been doing Dr. Hyman’s high fat/low carb elimination diet to see what happens to my guts and, while it is challenging, it has made experimenting with recipes even more fun! I’ve had some cravings for sweets/chocolate during this whole shebang and this is a version of what I’ve come up with (which, also works for all y’all out there trying to eat healthier and lose weight!):
1st, GET YOURSELF A BLENDER
Get it ready.
Now, things you need:
1/4 avocado (I know, I know, but trust me)
2-3TBS cocao powder
Want it as pudding? BLEND
Want it as ice cream? ADD ICE, BLEND.
Sprinkle with a handful of chopped walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts ORR if you’re one of those weirdos that enjoy berries + chocolate then drop a few of those bad boys on top.
Enjoy while kicking real ice cream in the face! You don’t need its backtalk!
