With the program you will receive:
- 2 workouts/week including: corrective exercises, foam rolling, stretching, weight training and cardio with corresponding videos
- Access to ask any health/fitness questions via text message
- Weekly progress checks
- Weekly nutrition coaching
- Access to the Every Minute Stronger Newsletter full of motivation, recipes and exercises.
This is an online training program with all the same motivation and individualized workouts as a one-on-one session. The good news is: you can do this workout in the comfort of your own home or in your own gym! AND, you only have to commit to one month.
