All of this, anywhere you are. With biweekly check-ins, nutrition coaching, and workouts that can be done anywhere you will be the strongest, fittest version of yourself in no time.

1 monthly skype consultation to assess your fitness goals
1 monthly skype evaluation to assess movement and imbalances
2 written workouts per week tailored directly to your fitness goals and needs (8/month)
Accompanying stretches, foam rolling, and corrective exercises tailored to your specific needs or injury
Video tutorials on how to perform all exercises properly
BiWeekly check-ins and motivation via email
